We, the FastLane GmbH, are a full service provider for guest management in the event sector. We operate nationally and internationally and support our customers from the first idea, through
planning up to the successful event. Interest in our work, commitment and team spirit are very important to us.
To strengthen our team we are therefore looking for a project manager with experience in the event sector.
What are your tasks?
- Creation of concepts for the use of our services
- Coordination and execution of administrative and organizational processes
- Preparation of offers and budgeting
- Planning and implementation of events
- Office organization
What do we expect?
- Successfully completed studies with a focus on events or comparable training.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in event management.
- Broad industry knowledge (e.g. in the areas of trade fairs, multimedia, technology or entertainment) is an advantage
- Strong communication skills and a confident appearance towards customers
- Organisational talent and a conceptual, solution-oriented way of working
- Fluent written and spoken German and English
