What’s included in our Medical Package:
- Import of certification data for each VNR
- Digital recording without a signature list
- Preparation of evaluation documents (digital Excel list & printed copy)
- Creation of the XML file for the electronic reporting of attendance, including the EFN barcode, to the Medical Association
- Transfer of the reporting file to the Medical Association’s EIV server
- One-off electronic scanning of the EFN barcode at the registration counter or a separate certification desk, regardless of the number of VNRs or the duration of the event
- Automatic generation of personal certificates of attendance based on electronic attendance checks, and provision as a PDF file, a printout ready for dispatch, or sent directly by us to participants via email
