Admission management
With the FastEntry app and our self-check-in kiosks, you can manage admission to your event. All relevant information on attendees, access rights and status is available at all times. Admission checks can be carried out flexibly via mobile devices or directly at the kiosk.
Contingents and REPORTS
Keep track of visitor numbers and room occupancy at all times. The app shows you how many people are currently in an area and whether defined capacity limits have been reached. This allows you to actively manage visitor flows and prevent overcrowding.
Individual rights management
Not everyone is allowed everywhere. With individual access control, you can specify who has access to certain areas, sessions or masterclasses. The app automatically checks permissions and immediately shows whether access is permitted.
CHECKS
Participants can check in or out quickly and flexibly. This can be done either by scanning a QR code via the app, via a manual search, or directly at the self-check-in kiosk. This ensures short waiting times and a smooth process at the entrance, even when visitor numbers are high.
Live-Dashboard
The integrated dashboard provides you with an up-to-date overview of your event’s status. Visitor numbers, admission figures and capacity utilisation are displayed in real time. This enables you to make informed decisions and adjust procedures immediately if necessary.
IOS-ApP
The FastEntry app runs on iPhones and is specially optimised for use at the event. On request, we can provide the necessary devices, including charging cases. This means your team is ready to go straight away and can carry out check-in without any additional preparation.
